IV. Refund Processing Time
We will review the returned item upon receipt and inspection.
- Once the return conditions are confirmed, refunds will be processed within 3–5 days. Refund will be processed via the original payment method within one business day. Actual arrival time may be delayed due to processing times by the payment platform or bank.
V. Refund Method: Refunds will be returned via the original payment method. Cash refunds or refunds via non-original payment methods are not supported.
VI. Return Process: Contact customer service to apply for a return and explain the reason. Obtain the return address and authorization. Return the goods as required. We will receive and inspect the goods. Refund processing will be initiated after approval.
VII. Goods Inspection Standards: Returned goods must meet the following conditions: Original condition and packaging intact. Unused and undamaged. All accessories complete. If the goods do not meet the resale standards, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or process a partial refund.
